Maya-Remesh(AutoRetopology)

This script is for Maya 2018. It going to be used for retopology,

a similar effect like Decimate and Zremesh form Zbrush, it has some issues it can't Remesh Dense Meshes, Hard Edge can be Used as a guide for edge flow make sure you use proper Hard Edges
